Does anyone know if there is a program available as shareware that
indicated the frequency of someones voice? I've seen one at a hospital
here which is used for speech therapy and it's called "IBM Speech
Writer". It also indicates the frequency range of someone talking. I
would assume such a program can be used with the regular sound cards out
there for IBM. Anyway with all the shareware out now, there must be
somthing.
