Jay Hall's text"Handbook of Auditory Evoked Responses" has a
chapter on IOM and also a new publication that I found
at the Academy convention by Singular Publishing edited
by Douglas Beck called"Handbook of Intraoperative Monitoring"
should give you a start on IOM info. There are also
some journals that I found referenced in Beck's book
that look as if they are totally devoted to IOM but I do not know
the names off hand. I will post them later when I find them.
