Amplified Cellular Phone

I have a patient who has a moderate hearing loss.  She wears BTE's but 
cannot hear well on phones other than her own either with or without her 
telecoil.  She travels a great deal and wants to use a cellular phone.  
Does anyone know if there is a model of cellular phone available with a 
volume control?
