I agree the K-amps too noisy...But think a IC4 from Resound might do the 
trick although the steth is another issue and it's possible Resound 
could mold either a faceplate designed for the aid or a set of tips to 
fit the faceplate....We've had some luck with this type of reverse 
curve...Good luck...GG
