Central Aud Proc in Unilateral hearing loss

	Specifically- since CAP testing is based on dicotic listening How
can I test a kid with a unilateral (one dead ear) loss for Central
Auditory Processing problems? There are no norms for someone with a
hearing loss of this type!  It would stand to reason that a kid like this
would be very suseptable to CAP disorder.
