Paul, Do you have any concern that even if you recommend an
over-th-counter medication you may be prescribing medication?
Even if it is topical! The first quesstion that might be asked of you is
what in your trianing allowed you to determine this medication
appropriate for your patient. The second is were you aware of the
potential allergic reaciton that precipitated you patient's severe rash etc.?
