I do cerumen management, and I feel that it is an important part of my
practice. I encourage others to do cerumen management, but only if they
feel comfortable with it, and if (and this is the important part) IF IT IS
WITHIN THE SCOPE OF YOUR PRACTICE. If it isn't, or if you're not, then
you have no right to be doing cerumen management.
