I am wondering if anyone out there has list of "official" ENG diagnoses.
When writing reports, I am at a loss as to whether to term a condition
"vertigo" or "nystagmus". Also, what format do you use for the report? Do
you list the observed abnormalities first, then make a diagnostic
statement? Just curious about what others do, and what is prefered by MDs
and other professionals in the field.
