Hi, Marsha.
I have never owned a private practice, but I have worked in several,
and I'd like to say the following.
If you ever get to the point that you have employees, please regard
them as your most valuable assett.
It seems to me, that one of the most important parts of quality
service delivery, is consistency, and trust among the staff, and the
patients they serve.
This all seems like common sense, but I am appalled, by what I have
personally experienced.
