Hearing aid & stethoscope

Dear All.

A friend of mine is a medical student. Unfortunately he has a
hearing-problem, and he  might have to use a hearing aid sometime in the
future.
Are there any technical solution which allows the use of a hearing aid
together with a stethoscope ?
