Steth problems...

Has anyone out there had any luck with a steth mating up to an
ITE...In
this case a DigiFocus Duo Mic...I've in the past used a vent tube
which
is hard to insert...A custom faceplate to hold the steth...But in the
end it's always a problem...Anyone had "real" success.  Your help is
appreciated...GG
