cochlear implants

What centers are recommended for cochlear implants these days?  I know some
people in Mexico who are pursuing a cochlear implant for their daughter and
they would like to come to the United States.  They are aware of the follow-up
and the expense and have asked me for recommendations.  Any suggestions?
