In my lab, 25% for each. Note that some labs no longer use DP because it
can vary from O% to infinity. You might also want to ask people what
number they use to determine bilateral weakness. Most labs use something
like "if no warm or cool response was greater than 10 deg/sec peak, and
no ice water response was greater than 20 deg/sec peak, then there is a
bilateral weakness". In our lab we rely on rotary chair results to
determine presence and extent of bilateral weakness, since caloric
results are so variable.
