Subject: Research audiologist position
The University of Minnesota Department of Otolaryngology is seeking a
full-time audiologist to assist in clinical research projects. The
position will be funded by NIH research grants related to hearing,
primarily those attached to the University of Minnesota NIH Otitis Media
Research Center. Duties: perform clinical and research testing of patients
enrolled in various projects; assist with data collection and analysis;
coordinate study visits; send information to research subjects; assist in
preparation of presentations and manuscripts; identify potential research
subjects from clinical records; participate in research conferences.
Qualifications: masterís degree, Au.D., or Ph.D. in audiology or hearing
science; ASHA CCC-A or equivalent; demonstrated interest and ability in
audiologic research. Will consider CFY. Doctoral study possible. Send
