I think you should use speech audiometry in noise to
measure the ILD and BILD.
ILD: Intelligibility Level Difference
(between two situations: noise comes from front or side)
BILD: Binaural Intelligibility Level Difference
(between two situations: hearing with one or two ears
in both cases, the sound comes from side)
