Hearing test for 3 month old

Hi,

Our daughter failed ALGO test at the hospital soon after birth.
We were referred to see an audiologist. The audiologist
now came with a result that the baby may have mild-medium
hearing loss (threshold of 40dB +/- 10 on both
ears )

However, our daughter responds to all sorts of noise.
She awakens/startles to loud noises,
smiles when talked to, makes aa-goo, aa-koo etc noises
when to talk to her, sometimes by herself,
turns to the sound of our voices, plays with
her musical toys, awakens to slightest of noises in the bedroom.
None in either of our families has any history
of hearing problems.

We are not sure what to do next in terms of diagnosis.
We do not want to burden her with hearing aids if
she doesn't need them. We want to make absolutely sure
if there is a problem.

Where can we go next ? Any pointers are highly appreciated.

Thanks,
