Could be anything...Not a real fan of Interton but if you can,...see if you can return it and try Unitron's WiFi system which in my opinion is a good improvement...There are some issues with the WiFi and some detection systems in but for the most part a significant improvement...Good luck...GG

I have been useing hearing aids since 1996 and currently use a Bicros from Telex these units work pretty well but were made in 1996 and are wearing out so the VA fitted me with a set of Interton Bicros digital aids and these are to worst aids I have ever used, no one has been able to program them to function. they even had the factory rep at the last programing session,we thought they were working but when I got home they were out again.seems as though they work in the booth and when I get home the transmiter aid goes high volume. Could this be a bad tramsmission coil.Or am I asking the wrong question to the wrong place.
