DNASeq - MegaBACE LPA buffer

I was wondering if anyone has experimented with running home-made buffer
instead of the commercially available LPA buffer on the MegaBACE.  We
have been re-using our matrix tubes, and now we are faced with how to
match our buffer consumption with our matrix consumption....
