According to the Dec 1992 Byte which reviews almost all of the Intel
Versions and clones, the Cyrix 486SLC is only slighly faster than the AMD
386SXL of the same speed. A much better deal would be the AMD 386 40 MHz
which (if you added the compatible math chip) by their benchmarks runs
about the same speed as an i486/33MHz.
