Our client is the leading European developer of Computer Aided
Molecular Design Software for some of the worlds top Pharmaceutical
and Biotechnology companies.  Since floatation on the stock exchange
in 1994, the company has been in a period of continous growth, with a
four fold increase in the last 12 months.

Outstanding new opportunities now exist for high calibre Project 
Leaders to lead a number of small teams developing the next
generation of products.

You must have a good degree in a Computer related discipline, or an
MSc in Computing plus a strong scientific degree, coupled with strong
A level grades.  Your technical skills will, ideally, include in-depth
experience in Unix, PC and Macintosh environments with substantial
skills in C/C++, GUI design tools, LANS/WANS, Cross-platform
development tools and Client Server development.  You will be familiar
with all aspects of project management, including project planning and
team motivation with demonstrable ability to meet project deadlines.

Your personal communication skills will be exemplary and you must be a
a proactive leader who provides the initiative and commitment to see
a project through.
