Hello Bionet Software people,

I am a postdoc at Princeton working on a new bHLH gene involved in fly
neurogenesis. I am trying to create a figure for a paper showing the DNA
sequence of a new gene, its translated protein product plus various ad hoc
notations on the figure. Does anyone know of any publicly available
programs that might be of help. I have browsed thru the molbio folder at
bio.indiana.edu but none of those programs appeared to be useful. We of
course, have DNA strider (1.1) here but after translation you can't
transfer the sequence into standard graphics or word processing programs.
I would greatly appreciate it if anyone knows a good place to look for what
I need.

																																			Thank for your help
