For Windows users...
I've got around this problem in the past by importing the actual tree
data file (e.g. tree.ph or whatever) into Rod Page's excellent TreeView
program available from:
This program doesnt allow you to edit the tree, but you can export a
Windows metafile (*.wmf) of your tree.
The metafile can then be read by Metafile Companion...
(file mc110.zip from the list).
Metafile Companion is a fairly powerful editor which should be suitable
for most uses (I've used it to generate very large publication quality trees).
