Hi,
SRS 5.01 is a nice system, but we have a little problem generating the
EMBL index files. With the original embl.i file the srsbuild starts with
indexing the est1.dat file and writes some index files containing data.
After finishing est1.dat the process seems to run out of order. There
are very little index files written with increasing numbers
embl_..._519.inx ..... . We stopped the process after two days, because
it seems to be a problem.
After indexing the first embl datafile the following message runs over
the screen:
SRSDB:embl.is: 5119632: error: syntax error production 'entry'
no match with |^[^\n]*\n]
We look for a parser problem, but when we take another EMBL data file as
first file, it runs ok until the next file should be indexed. The file
access priviledges are ok!
We use a SUN Ultra Enterprise 2 (Solaris 2.5.1) with 256 Mb RAM.
Harddisk space seems to be no problem.
