Hello,
I 've got a problem with the viewing the pdb sequences in SRS5
as in our site the pdb files are named like "pdb<ID>.ent" but not
"<ID>.ent".
I define the pdb field in pdb.i as:
PDB_FILE:$FileType:[searchname:"pdb*.ent" singleEntry:y maxline:100]
Indexation of pdb is OK but i can't display the sequence :
file could not be opened
"/env/infobiogen/db/pdb/PDB/100D"
Could someone help me for this problem?
