It comes from an old discussion (6 months ago) about problems
regarding proxy server. The cgi-bin make the proxy server not to
keep this URL. The problem was picked up by someone from infobiogen,
if I remmeber well. Check the archive.
It's what I understood, correct me if I'm wrong.
