Multi Site Strategy for SRS indexing

Hi

I am a relatively new SRS admin and have been tasked with coming up a Multi 
Site Indexing Strategy for an internal copy of SRS 7.1.2.1 - I do not want 
to use prisma?

Does anyone have any suggestions?
