I am searching for software (raw code would be best) on modeling benthic
ecosystems (or literature references such models), particularly with
respect to carbon transfer through the system. I wish to use the model to
simulate carbon transfer from organic carbon flux, though the benthic food
chain and into into sediment. Any suggestions would be gratefully
appreciated!
