Has anyone any suggestions for a tool to use as a multiple alignment
viewer for Web documents (e.g. a helper aplication, plug in, Java
applet).
The purpose is for non specialists to be able to view alignments, not
necessarily create them. Must use colour and run on Windows (and
preferably Unix). Expected use is to throw a msf or other alignment file
form the WWW server as an "alignment" mime type and open it up in the
helper application.
Any suggestions?
