A Server for prediction of transmembrane regions in proteins.
We are proud to announce a WWW server sing the "Dense Alignment
Surface" (DAS) algorithm for locating transmembrane segments in
proteins. The performance of this method is on par with the most
effective ones without using any information from multiple sequence
alignments or the positive inside rule.
