Can anybody suggest a program to backtranslate from a pepetide sequence to
the corresponding mRNA, with scoring for the different frequencies of
codon usage etc.?
I know the GCG program Backtranslate does this, but I am having a hell of
a time getting my local GCG node to work. While I try to sort this out,
could somebody _please_ (grovel! beg!) suggest an alternative program?
Preferably something on the WWW, so that I can just drop my peptide
sequence into an on-line form?
