You can have a look to the DBcat (catalog of existing database) at INFOBIOGEN.
This catalog is freely available at this address :

	http://www.infobiogen.fr/services/dbcat/

You'll find a database (FishBase) in the Miscellaneous section.
The accession number of this databank is DBC00229.

It's also possible to do make a query with SRS.
