PSIPRED is a new Web based protein structure prediction server available
from the Jones group at the University of Warwick, U.K. The server is now
running on a dedicated machine, and is now ready for public access.

Three prediction methods are currently implemented:

PSIPRED - Prediction of protein secondary structure
MEMSAT2 - Prediction of transmembrane protein structure and topology
GenTHREADER - Prediction of protein tertiary structure by fold recognition

Note that at CASP3, PSIPRED was the most accurate secondary structure
prediction method tested, achieving an overall 3-state accuracy of 77% across
24 prediction targets.

(commercial users will need to obtain a software license from the University
of Warwick to access the server)
