Hello reader
I am working on database searching with MALDI-TOF-MS data.I have used such as PeptIdent,Peptidesearch,Mascot, ProFound,MS-Fit software to search database, but I find the result not satisficated.I can not make sure the prompt protein.Can anyone recommond a better software and how to get it?My adress is lee_wu at 21cn.com Your help are kindly appreciated.
