You can get all of SwissProt and TrEMBL in fasta format by going to;

	ftp://expasy.cbr.nrc.ca/databases/sp_tr_nrdb/fasta/

You should also read the readme file at;

	ftp://expasy.cbr.nrc.ca/databases/sp_tr_nrdb/README

which explains what the files are.
