Dear all,

Does anybody know of a program to make 'boxed' representations of gene
structures in stead of spending hours to draw them?

eg. I give the program a sequence --tacga---catg--------gcat-- or some
coordinates (3-7,11-14,23-26) and it returns me something like

--[BOX(lenght=5)]---[BOX(length=4)]--------[BOX(length=4)]

..which would be in jpg or gif or postscript, whatever...

It would also be nice if certain positions could be given different
colours (eg ATG, ORF, conserved areas,...)

thanks!
