Dear all
I wondered if anyone can help with advice about molecular biology
alignment programmes for the PC. Does anyone know of a PC
programme which performs a multiple alignment of 3 or 4 sequences and
prints them out one above the other to compare them like you see in a
journal? Ideally, I need to be able to pull out a sequence from EMBL,
alter it if necessary and align it with the other sequences. Are any
of these programs available as downloadable versions on the Net?
