Dear all,
I would like to find the software (for PC or Linux) for managing DNA
sequence (human gene) in systematic way. I will store genomic DNA sequence
(intron and exon), its corresponding RNA sequence, mutation size, primer
region, etc. Also the program can provide certain basic functions such as
sequence editing, reverse complementary, translation, etc
Is there any software available for using? If yes, please recommend to me.
