Dear Bionetters,

I am trying to introduce restriction sites into a DNA sequence, which do not affect the protein sequence. Is there any program
out there that can do this automatically for me, that is scan all the possible DNA sequece permutations and then generate
an output in which it specficies a 6 cutter that has been newly generated in the sequence for each possibility.
