Dear Paolo,
as searcher at the University of Liège in Belgium, I'm ellaborating a DNA
micro array. I try to find a software who gives the part of sequence who has a
big spcificity: a part of the sequence who has no identity more important than
60% with all sequences of a genome.
Could you tell me if this kind of software exists to design oligos for the
micro array?
With my best regards,
Happy new year,
Rodrigue
