That's in the BLAST FAQ
(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/BLAST/blast_FAQs.html#Short). Follow the
link to "Search for short nearly exact matches" on the NCBI BLAST home
page and select "Homo sapiens" in the "Limit by Entrez query" option.
Works for very short strings (try ANAND!)
