need a software -- perform this way below :
 
auto connect and auto disconnect dsl this way :
once run it , it will run like this : 
auto connect to dsl then after specific minutes (user define) then auto disconnect (then after specific seconds - also user define ), then auto connect it again and auto disconnect ...again and again.
