MolBiol.Net is a popular directory of online (and downloadable)
bioinformatics and related resources for scientists whose work involves
molecular biology, by popular, we get more than one-thousand scientist
visits each day - searching for software for analysis of sequence
information and related tasks.

If you have written tools or software which you want to promote to molecular
biologists, send us details of your tools and we will list it in our growing
database.

You can fill in a form here: http://www.bioinformatics.vg/addasite.shtml or
simply email the details to the address below (removing the no-spam part of
the address). If you can spare the time, consider how your software would
best be categorised from a user perspective, and include and benchmarking
scores and literature references (ie. PubMed details of a publication
associated with your software).

Although we do not normally consider listings from commercial software
providers, we will, however, consider listings from commercial authors where
there is some benefit to the academic community, such as charge waiver, free
licence for graduate students, reduced licence costs for academics, or
listings of tools which are outstanding though not open source.

Every listing is hand-reviewed so please, no off-topic requests, bulk
chemical manufacturers or other spam - nothing will get through unless it is
appropriate.

If you want, feel free to telephone us and discuss this a little more,
please call the number below between 10.00-20.00 GMT.

Best wishes,

Dr Jonathan D Rees (editor)
