Hi Chris,

thanks alot. Meanwhile, I've EMBOSS running and it is
doing what I need. Very nice tool :-).

As everything works so fine, I've already got the next
question: Does anybody know about a Style-File for TeX
or LaTeX to draw plasmids with, that is, an extension
file for PiCTeX, for example?

Thanks

Kurt
