Thanks to Hitler's brutal forced Eugenics program we now have Anti-Eugenics
today. Very few people see the advantages of Eugenics. Never have we had
such devastating Anti-Eugenics program as we have right now. I believe that
the human race is splitting into two races Homo Productive and Homo
Dependant. We have always been Homo Productive but the current
Anti-Eugenics program has spawned a new race, Homo Dependant. HD's are
reproducing at a higher rate than HP's which will cause future generations
to suffer. The anti-eugenics discourages reproduction of HP's because they
have to spend time to get educated and work and pay the taxes the HD's live
on. HD's do not have the intelligence to be productive, plan families or use
birth control properly. Future Generations of HP's will have to pay higher
taxes every generation to support the increasing number of HD's.
I have invented a Voluntary Humane and Compassionate Eugenics Program that
can increase the genetic quality of Future Generations without hurting
anyone:
-Government gives $2000 to anyone 18-25 that gets sterilized
-Government gives $2000 to the top 1% to give sperm or eggs to an In Vetro
Fertilization clinic
-Government gives $2000 to any woman impregnated by the In Vetro
Fertilization clinic
Results:
-Government saves money on health care
-Government saves money on welfare
-Government saves money on criminal justice system
-Economy booms by having a more productive workforce
-Lower taxes for everyone
Explanation:
The $2000 sterilization and impregnation incentives would be very appealing
to young HD's because they have no money. HP's usually want to have children
with their own genetics after they have established careers then get
sterilized without an incentive after 25. The top 1% should be chosen by the
woman that is going to be impregnated. She could select what ever superior
characteristics she wants her child to have, Excellent health, high
intelligence, good looks, ethnic origin, height, weight, athletic ability,
etc. Every generation we could have more HP's and less HD's.
