I am just an undergraduate student. I type the gene name in the NCBI to
search for the nucleotide. It give a list of genes and i click one in the
list, but it is just an mRNA sequence and its locus and function are known.
I want to find out how many exons in the the gene and their sequence so that
i can design primers to amplify individual exons from the genome. Can anyone
tell me how?
thanks
