Hello all-
Does anyone have any recent references (1990's ??), techniques, etc. as to
visualization/enumeration/etc. of bacteria found just in the water layer
that forms on surfaces immediately after water washing? At this point,
(I'm assuming) the cells are suspended in water and secondary attachment has
not taken place. (Some things that I have found in the older literature
(70's-80's) include rinsing studies and EM analyses).
Thanks for your help..
