A good starting point for references to ozonation of Cryptosporidium
is the book 'Protozoan Parasites and Water' (ed. W.B. Betts et al.),
1995. Cambridge: Royal Society of Chemistry. In it you will find
several papers describing the effects of ozonation and a range of
references, including:

Peeters et al. 1989 Appl. Environ. Microbiol. 55, p.1519
Korich et al. 1990 Appl. Environ. Microbiol 56, p.1423
parker et al. 1993 Water Sci. and Technol. 27, p.93
Ransome et al. 1993 Water Supply 11, p.103
Finch et al. 1993 Appl. Environ. Microbiol. 59, p.4203

Our work on Cryptosporidium in aquatic biofilms is also referred to
(Rogers and Keevil), as well as Keevil et al. 1995
Microbiology Europe 3, 10-14.
