Hello, I am Luke O'Brien. I am studying use of denitrifying biofilms for
my PhD thesis. I am looking for advise on inexpensive methods for the
characterisation of biofilm formation (active biomass measurements,
biofilm thickness etc).
I wont go into specifics here as i have many questions, what I am looking
for is people in a similar situation to discuss ideas and exchange
findings on such methods.
