This is a reminder that the deadline for abstract submission to the Eighth
International Symposium on Microbial Ecology is Monday March 2. Abstracts
can be submitted electronically following the instructions on the ISME8 web
site.

I am hoping to have a large representation of biofilm papers at this
conference. If numbers permit, we hope to highlight some of these
contributed presentations at an oral session.
