I was recently awarded a European Community Marie Curie
Training Fellowship to investigate survival of E. coli 0157 in biofilms,
specifically using molecular probes. Unfortunately, the post-
doctoral worker has had to withdraw due to family circumstances.
If any young post-doctoral worker from a European Union (not the
UK) or associated country would like to apply for the 2-year
fellowship then please contact me as soon as possible because
the application must be resubmitted with the candidate properly
identified. If successful, the fellowship would start after October
1999.
